As a Client Benefits Consultant, you will play a key role in helping families protect their loved ones and plan for a secure future. You’ll have the opportunity to educate clients on the importance of life insurance and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Consult with Clients: Engage with prospective clients to understand their life insurance needs and goals. Provide expert advice and guide them toward the best coverage options.
• Offer Tailored Solutions: Recommend life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and final expense coverage, that are aligned with each client’s unique circumstances.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and helping them navigate their life insurance options.
• Provide Ongoing Support: Ensure client satisfaction by providing continued assistance, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their coverage is up-to-date.
• Sales & Performance Goals: Achieve monthly performance and sales targets by maintaining a proactive approach to lead generation and client follow-up.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex information in a simple, relatable way.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
• Sales Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required—training will be provided!
